@jarulf @bookstodon Have you considered using bookwyrm? https://joinbookwyrm.com/

@quaff
I haven't used bookwyrm in a while, but it didn't have any sort of reader integration so you have to do manual updates (koreader and komga support would rock) and it just slurps up disk space with no way to clear any cache or anything. Development is also sporadic, which is why I eventually dropped it after over a year of no releases.

@aaron @quaff @bookstodon Personally I don't really mind doing manual updates, but then I don't do incremental ones. I do use koshelf with KoReader though, but that's obviously only for ebooks and mostly just for fun.
@jarulf
And I don't want to be too down on Bookwyrm, it's really good, and I've been meaning to look into it again now that development seems to have started back up. I just didn't back up my old data so I'm not looking forward to entering everything again...

@aaron @quaff @bookstodon I don't like to be negative either. I've popped in to my account now and then to check on it, but I guess it's just not for me.
And to be fair, I'm not looking for a social app, just something to track my reading for myself.
