My top one is Cells at Work! too!

It’s followed closely by Shirobako (anime production) in terms of educational value alone.

Then there are the all the sports anime. To list a few:

• Umamusume (horse racing)
• Medalist (ice skating)
• Wandance (dancing)
• Haikyuu! (volleyball)
