Ok. I’ll probly start with gimp because I know it, and it will help me understand what I need. Perhaps some batch tool will … um … crop up.

hirihit640@sh.itjust.works 3 weeks agoyou don’t need GIMP just to convert and resize images. Not sure what platform OP is on but there are plenty of batch image resizers and converters for any platform

I could have suggested ImageMagick as well, but we’re clearly talking about some who’s just barely scratching the surface on Windows and not about a *nix command line jockey.
As for Windows GUI apps, I’ve got no idea what there is in that field.
