Hmm, why need dark mode in VLC? You launch a video file and watch it full screen anyway. Also, VLC has themes and last I checked there were couple of them which were sufficiently dark

I switched from vlc, because of lack of availability of dark mode in it.

Before trying other ones, i tried making vlc dark, it sucks.
Just use any dark theme available and then see how buttons, basic customisation of vlc and other prior cool design disappear & become unavailable after applying dark theme.
If you are using dark theme in vlc, can you share the pic here because I am curious how it looks like, last I tried around 7-8 months ago, it didn’t work.
Potplayer is by default dark mode and has no of customisation available.

Am I delirious? Doesn’t VLC have dark mode? I’m pretty sure my VLC is dark.
