Comment on Ex-Amazon AI exec claims she was asked to ignore IP law

It doesn’t sound like she did if you read the article. She was assigned to point out when their shit broke their own copyright policies; she did and was then transferred to a different task a few times, basically setup to fail, before being canned.

transferred to a different tasks a few times, one of which being to rework the entire AmazonBot network storage system to reduce its size by 75% in 8 days (a task engineers told her was impossible even if she understood the system), basically setting her up to fail, before being canned

I’m pretty sure that that is also illegal.
