ricdeh@lemmy.world 7 months agoWhat exactly makes you think that? Strange New Worlds has very little action, and is loved by fans as far as I can tell. Yes, it has “personal drama”, but Star Trek always had that and it’s not a bad thing.

I’d say TOS was very very light on “personal drama”, which really ramped up from TNG onwards.
