  This happened in the 1600-1700s in Europe, I am not sure that this is relates to our issues with gangs today.

  But fine, how would you solve the issue with gangs in Sweden?

    That’s probably some ignorant American teenager thinking that every European nation had a colonial empire. I’m not sure he even tried to read that article.
