That’s exactly what the law is intended to prevent:
if a person is found to be at risk of harm to themselves or others with a gun, the state’s new so-called ‘red flag’ law can temporarily take away their firearms.
“Temporarily” take away their rights.
They’re from the government, and they’re here to help, right?

There’s a rule-breaking quip with which I could respond, but…I won’t.
Instead, I’ll just say, please stop functionally supporting potential criminals with firearms.
