Comment on 'Everyone in the world needs to see this': An Israeli army drone pursued four unarmed youth civilians attempting to reach their destroyed homes and killed them with missiles
I mean it's the drone that shot him. There's not much room for doubt here.
I’m not doubting the person was shot by a drone I’m doubting the situation around why they were shot with a drone and I’d like it to be confirmed that they were actually unarmed before I add it to the list.
Do they look armed to you?
There is no way I could tell from that far away with that clothing type.
Whether they are armed or not is less important than whether they were legitimate Hamas-related targets. This footage has no context in that regard.
Drone strikes are expensive, why not reserve them for gatherings of dozens of Gazans? Why take out small groups like this? Why release the video?
Typically, the fellows pulling the trigger are so far removed from the costs it ceases to be a factor.
If you have ever seen a video of Hamas they sprint between empty buildings.
They certainly don’t walk completely out in the open like this without worries.
Haha ok I guess I haven’t watched enough hamas footage to identify them by gait.
