CarefreeStyle@lemmy.world 1 year agoIt’s not clear. Chalkno maybe? Doing a reverse image search and know your meme brought up a KYM page on ‘chirno shrug’ that is the same artist. But the links to the original is dead. Seams to have come from 4chan over a decade ago lol.
