I know there’s a lot I disagree with but I also know i can’t see before buying, I can’t do anything about it, nor are there realistically other choices. All modern cars do it. For any place with any consumer protection, they should be unenforceable, but I’m in the US so have to settle for there’s nothing I can do about it
These are just legal cover, so they can say “see, he agreed,according to our definition”. It doesn’t change what they are doing or whether they would have already
