airrow@hilariouschaos.com 3 months agoThis begs the question though about why anyone should take your view seriously that eating meat is “fascist”… why isn’t it valid for anyone to believe the opposite, that being a vegan is “fascist” or that eating meat is “not fascist”, unless there is an appeal to there being some objective reality?

It’s not useful to call vegans fascists. It doesn’t accomplish a social good, it just stokes conflict for its own sake. While calling carnists fascists comes from a place of desiring equality for all thinking beings and seeing harmful hypocrisy. Soulists believe we should perceive and believe as it is useful to do so.
