Can’t wait for Texas to blame winter power outages on this new green technology instead of the fact they lubricate their oil and coal plants with bacon grease

I think it says something about me that I was more horrified about the waste of bacon grease than the oil/coal plants.
Bacon grease is some tasty stuff to cook with and I really should start dieting…
