I just liked the name, and it made me think of the Pixies song ‘Debaser’ about Un Chien Andalou which has the line ‘slicing up eyeballs, I want you to know’ which easily goes to ‘slicing up apples, I want you to know’

That would be fun, but do they do sidra in Andalusia? I was under the impression Spanish cider is more or less Asturian or nothing.
