May as well ban MPs from using the HoC bathrooms, if that was the justification.
Comment on Police officer drags homeless man along ground - BBC News

This is my city and I’m ashamed, but not shocked.
I’ve had an argument with the police before for refusing homeless people access to the local library bathrooms, as apparently some people will use drugs. Like we can ban everybody who looks homeless because of the actions of some.
Some cops will drag you through Manchester City centre, should we ban them all.

Why is a Manc using a dirty, rotten, filthy Gerry user account?
Do you have no honour? No decency?

“I’m sorry but you’re going to have to poo outside, lest you be taking drugs in the toilet”
Wtf are they expecting to prevent, anyway?
“OK officer you got me, I was going to use drugs. But since you’ve refused me entry into these loos I’m going to quit. I’m totally not going to take them outside instead, where it’s even less hygienic and in potential view of the public.”

To add some context, it was central library in St Peter’s Square and I believe some people had caused damage to the toilets with the drug use, not that I condone all people being banned.
Plus you can bet if you’re refused access to a toilet and decide well I’ll have to piss somewhere, they’ll fine you for pissing in the street. And yes they would give a homeless person a fine.
