They are fighting a lost battle. Especially the voice actors. Generation of decent to God voice acting is already somewhat easy and only going to get easier. It sucks but most of those jobs will be phased out and only the biggest budget content is going to require voice actors. There is no point in protecting easy to automate jobs. Find a new skill and move on. Technology happens, you have to deal with it.
