The meme is making fun of the “I’m fine how I am” group of Facebook meme moms who think being 300+ pounds isn’t unhealthy just because their bloodwork hasn’t shown massive health deficiencies in this exact moment means they’re 100% ok to continue living that lifestyle, as if it won’t destroy them by 45 and isn’t grinding their knees into paste by their early 30’s.
