Itâs destroying my mental health and I canât cope with it. Not just the war but the constant anger. Everyone is angry about everything all the time. I hate it here. Not only that, I hate my own life too. My life is in shambles and it will take tremendous effort to repair, just so I can stay on this dying planetâŚ
Seriously, whatâs the fucking point? I donât eat anymore cause of the stress, I donât sleep anymore cause of the nightmares. I wish aliens would come and euthanize our entire fucking planet. I canât take it anymore

Iâm sorry you feel this way.
Try to remember that the internet is not fully representative of real life. The world outside will hopefully feel less angry and stressful than this online one.
Definitely avoid social media doomscrolling. Itâs fucking toxic.

Doesnât have to be the whole planet, just the top 400 richest people would do wonders though. Most of us are just trying to get by, put the blame on the one misusing âhuman resourcesâ.
