no, wind is not a finite resource. it’s produced by the heating a cooling of the earth. Wind turbines aren’t doing anything to stop the sun from coming up and going down.

TheIllustrativeMan@lemmy.world 4 months agoWind is finite, and there has actually been research done to estimate the impact slower winds would have (a few degrees iirc), it’s just that this is massively offset by the pros of using wind.
