Among other stupid things it says, let’s focus on this one:
Yeah, Swamp judges get to rule in immigration cases after this bill is passed. Texas judges don’t get a say.
When have Texas judges ever had a say in immigration policy?
Like I said: this is just bait to piss off conservatives.
and that is a fair criticism. State judges typically would not get a say in federal law.
So why would you trust a site who employs a writer and editor who believe otherwise?
