I spent first 10 years of my life spelling it out, then heard it as a word and it stuck immediately. Unpopular opinion it seems.

glimse@lemmy.world 5 months agoI’ve been playing PC games for 25 years and this is the first time I have ever seen anyone even imply people pronounce WASD as a word. I’m not saying it’s wrong (or even worse) but…yeah, I’ve only ever heard it spelled out
