  This is the problem with poorly thought out KPIs… and shitsack politicians who don’t care about the job, just the optics of the job so they can move on to high paying gigs later.

    You won’t find any job where employees won’t try and cheat KPIs, of course in an ideal world politicians would be above that. Alas, I don’t think we’ll ever get that
