I think the best type of exercise is the one that you think you will keep doing forever. Basically it has to be fun and motivating for you to actually do it more than once in awhile. Find that activity. Doesn’t matter what it is as long as it gets you tired and sore. Otherwise, eat less, which is also hard to do consistently.
