FunderPants@lemmy.ca 1 year agoEveryone is ready to make that assumption. It’s sinking in with the public that EVs are fire traps. Meanwhile, gas cars are somewhere between 20 to 100 times more likely to catch fire.

This is the real issue. Gas cars burn quick and it’s done. EVs can burn for days.
