It’s a fat deficiency. People in arctic climates who eat only rabbits end up dying from Protein poisoning.

Eating a rabbit only diet leaves you lacking fat, not vitamins. I mean probably vitamins too but the lack of fat in rabbit meat is what kills people who feed on it exclusively. It’s called rabbit starvation or protein poisoning.
