It's a pretty simple site, the front facing part is all pure html. You can follow communities using the communities tab, and there's a bunch listed.
I've made you a mod of this community. You can see reports when they happen in the top corner, if there's something that shouldn't be there you hit approve to remove approval and it hides the story.
