Large orgs are stuck there by their own sluggishness. They’ll get around to finding something else, hopefully Mastodon. This is, incidentally, a really good time to remind everyone how great Mastodon is, if anyone happens to find themselves with opportunity and the mood.
But just imagine the number of unpaid interns working for news companies that are literally being asked to sit there and monitor twitter. I just … those poor kids. They just wanted to be journalists, have some mercy…

Corporations don't give a shit about the qualify of the platform. They just want the eyeballs. The only way they're going to Mastodon is if all the users are on Mastodon.

That’s true, although they care for PR, and placing your ads just pixels away from CP will make even the most corporate sad suiters take a hard turn.
