Yup! They have what they call sync. Works the same I believe: www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/features/sync/

One big positive for me on Chrome is that I have an Android phone, so a lot of my activity on my phone and computer sync together. How is Firefox with this, if I were to use it both on my desktop and phone?

I don’t know exactly what Chrome does but Firefox lets you sync tabs, history, bookmarks, and saved logins and card information.
