With Bitcoin it is simply impossible.
And generally there’s a blockchain trilemma - it should be fast, decentralized and secure, and you can’t make a blockchain that is all three. Bitcoin reasonably sacrifices “fast”, Ethereum sacrifices “decentralized”, and so on.
