qooqie@lemmy.world 10 months agoHere I go on my soapbox. Landfilling stuff is so bad because you can’t use that highly plastic polluted soil, please consider composting or getting community/company compost to pick it up

Some cities / municipalities also do “thermal treatment” aka mainly burning/incarcerating the normal non-recyclable household waste.
