There are treatments so expensive that only rich people from developed countries can afford to have them.

Yeah the first mobile phones were stupidly expensive too. Treatments get cheaper over time.
I’m not saying it’s a just system for poor countries and the USA, but that’s a societal problem and it won’t get better if we don’t create treatments that can benefit everyone.
