This made me laugh, which hurt my head, but I still appreciate it
Drink a bit more water than usual and massage some pressure points on your hands and feet.
Stepping outside to breathe in the outdoor air also helps. A short walk if you can is also good.
Thanks. I’ve been dealing with migraines for a couple decades and have a few tricks as well.
Oh … I have a few friends like that and I know that when its bad … its bad … hopefully I distracted you from it for a while … stay well my friend
Migrains are terrible. Hope you feel better soon. I had a bad one last week.
