I just wish it would agree with my stomach more. Its benefits out weigh that negative.

I do. But it’s the boiled water that I take not the actual mushroom meat. I have tried it raw as well. It all upsets my stomach.
Dude ur not supposed to do that…or if u do boil them twice and only drink it the 2nd time. First time is no bueno iirc.
