Longtime Linux user, but not an IT Guy/Programmer. Like the users above, I was able to setup Nextcloud and Floccus with minimal trouble and I hear its even easier with Docker. I recommend setting it up once to understand it better and make some n00b mistakes, use it for a while, then make a clean install once you understand how you actually do use it.
