Fits the bill.
If my workplace can consider gifts higher than $50 dollars as bribes, then I sure as shit can count dozens of vacations and full ride scholarships as bribery.

A bribe is more than a gift, there needs to be an action to betray their responsibly, ie undue influence. Your parents are not bribing you by buying you a birthday gift.
