TheDarkKnight@lemmy.world 8 months agoLol fwiw one thing ChatGPT is shockingly great at is Linux troubleshooting for some reason. Google first but if you’re stuck paste in that error code and see what it advises you to do…its been my savior a few times!

This makes sense. By now a full 3-4% of all data on the internet is probably Linux help forums so it’s probably highly represented in its dataset lol

Not to mention they are typically exceedingly verbose, and chatgpt is good at summarizing (typically)
