  Is it? Ever been to a gun show and watch cops pulling out disqualified people that try to buy? Literally happens at every one of them. Better yet, ever work at a gun shop or sporting goods store and see first hand how many people are denied daily? Because its a lot.

    Ever had a friend just kinda leave a gun in your house and say “merry Christmas?” Because that’s 100% legal here in KS. If someone just hands you a gun and says it’s yours, it just is. No paperwork required, no government forms, no licensing. Easier than getting a car.

      Unless youre a disqualified criminal, then its still a felony, and if they knew that, they’d also be looking at 10yrs minimum as that’s federal.
