Comment on I feel like the world before literacy became a common thing feels a lot "smaller"/"blurry", things are more ephemeral, relying only on memory. Literacy makes the world feel "bigger"/"more detailed"...

Idk… feel weird that most of history… people could not even do stuff like journaling or worldbuilding…

Like idk what I would do as a hobby instead of writing poetry if I was born 100 years ago and illiterate…
