Talking with a co worker who is “devout” Christian. He comes out of the blue with “Man, those Iranians are just savage. They want to destroy the world!”
I cut him off and said they are just normal people like you and me and how we should show compassion and love for our neighbors.
He comes back with “they aren’t my neighbors”
…
Then he just walks away because i challenged his world view and he didn’t know how to handle it.
