stoly@lemmy.world 17 hours agoThey say that if you want to buy property in a new building, wait five years until the problems surface then decide. I’ll let other people be the experiment and get in when the big problems are worked out. Besides I want implant version 10 rather than beta 0.9.

Yeah, that’s a fair take. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain, so I’m. A little more willing to accept risks like these, but not wanting an alpha version of a piece of equipment inside your skull is a very rational take. In case my first response came off as snarky, I should clarify that I only responded that way because I didn’t feel that there was anything to add, but I should still acknowledge your statement since you clearly intended for me to read it.
