acosmichippo@lemmy.world 1 week agoYou don’t need PTO to USE balcony solar. You need PTO to export balcony solar to the grid. All this legislation does is allow you to use balcony solar for yourself, NOT connect it to the grid. If you want connect it to the grid you still need PTO.
