Have you watched the show Twin Peaks? I heard that Bright Falls is very similar to the one in show, and apparently it has somewhat similar vibe.

I keep meaning too. My local bookstore sells a Blu-Ray copy of the whole series for like 40$ so I keep considering picking it up just so I have a physical copy to watch. With Alan Wake being one of my favorite games of all time I’d love to go back and see where it’s inspiration come from, especially since I hear it wears it on its sleeve
