appreciated, but it’s been a long time. my curiosity was not just to get a label for what they had, but also a reference for my own mental health should I notice any similarities in behavior.
mental health is an ocean and I’m but a single drop of water. sometimes it’s nice to know if my drop is freshwater or saltwater though.
