Malfeasant@lemmy.world 4 days agoSame way I stuck with my wife for 20 years despite her being a rotten person - I kept hoping it would get better, and she’d string me along with promises… Then she cheated on me with our son’s best friend’s dad, that finally made it easy to leave, and once I left, hindsight made all the previous mistreatment so much more obvious…
