Depends. Which president are we talking about?
All of the presidents since the supreme court decided official acts can’t be prosecuted. The previous kid fuckers should rot in jail by default.
Yeah, but IIRC the definition of something is an official act is still ambivalent and thus open to interpretation by the court?
