Comment on Affluenza is really the biggest driver between thinking the barrio/ghetto/slums is an "unsafe wasteland" vs people who are just trying to exist and survive in the framework they are given.

  The obvious, simpleminded reply from someone of that position. I deal with them all too much cause of where I live. I’ve heard it all. They will make any excuses to justify their bigoted perspective.
