This was Guangzhou, China…

my mom later told me about the supposed widespread kidnappings throught the country and said I could’ve been kidnapped…

I still have trauma from that day. 🫠

Oh yea I remember my parents installed those child safety lock thing that can allow you to lock the apartment door from the outside with the key… so that we can’t run away when no adults are at home… Fire Hazard wtf…
