I had to look up what a Stoat even was because I only know them as Ermine, and in North America it’s called a short tailed Weasel.

Yes I am one of the vast majority of people who don’t have a very strong association with one of the several different names for one of the worlds less distinct animals.
And unless Stoat the software is content with appealing only to a few galaxy brained individuals like yourself and dying in obscurity, they would be smart to pick a more marketable name.
