Goodeye8@piefed.social 2 weeks agoTechnically speaking the UK is not in the EU. And while technically (I think, it’s not really clear) the royal assent can be denied in practice the last time a bill was refused was over 300 years ago. The royal assent is effectively a formality.

And Im still not over that, many use EU and Europe interchangeably though.
