sylphrin@sh.itjust.works 5 days agoI recently read all the discworld novels as well, but I took everyone’s advice about not reading them in release order and I really regretted it. I swapped to release order partway through and it was so much better.

Release order is the way to go. Like, I get why people prefer alternate orders, like by theme etc, but there’s a legit magic to the world building that gets glossed over when jumping around.
